Ringlock scaffolding system is one of the most popular types of scaffolding systems in the world, also called Ring Lock Scaffolding, Disc Lock Scaffolding or All Round Scaffolding. As a modular scaffolding system, it is extremely versatile, highly economical, more convenient and faster to use.

Ringlock Scaffolding Parts

Ringlock scaffolding parts consist of Standards with rosettes every 0.5m, Ledgers with a cast end captive wedge and Braces with a swivel cast end captive wedge. When connected together the cast ends and rosettes create a strong connection. It is this connection that transmits forces throughout the scaffold structure.

The ringlock scaffolding mainly consists of ringlock scaffolding standard or vertical, ringlock scaffolding ledger, ringlock scaffolding diagonal brace, and components such as base collar, head jack, base jack. It can be simple and convenient to meet most requirements of temporary structure and access assisted with steel plank and kinds of bracket.

Ringlock scaffolding is self-locking mechanism with independent wedge insertion. Due to interlocking and gravity, the ledger cannot be pulled out even if the wedge is not tightened. The ledger has a self-locking function, which can be locked or removed by pressing the wedge, and the contact surface between the rosette and the cast end is large, thereby improving the bending strength of the steel pipe, and ensuring that the standard does not skew.

The vertical cross axis between Ringlock scaffolding standard and ringlock scaffolding ledger is high in accuracy, and the stress property is reasonable. Therefore, the bearing capacity and overall rigidity are large, and the structure stability is strong. Each Standard can carry 3-4 tons. The number of Braces is much less than traditional scaffolding.
